Hope Collection

The Hope collection was inspired by a poem I wrote while this ‘Hope in a Jar’ doodle came to life on my first ever stamp. We see hope in our children, but we also have hope that our daily choices shapes a better world for the next generations, hope in community and collective actions, hope in nature (we are nature and we too can regenerate).

How it works

Select an item number from the above list that details the item size, color and material. Since these are all secondhand items, there may be some minor blemishes that were not removed in our cleaning process (we wash all clothing in fragrance free, non toxic detergent and use natural stain removers) that we will identify in the descriptions. Imperfections are beautiful! We provide local delivery (aka free shipping) in the Charlotte area within 5 miles of the 28205 zip code. Stay tuned for local parent meet ups (most likely park locations) for free pickup as well.

Materials & Care

Each item of clothing is hand stamped with a non-toxic water based ink on secondhand clothes. While we prioritize organic cotton pieces when searching for inventory, 100% cotton is also a part of our collection to bring you more options and save more clothing from the landfill. The distinctions in fabric will be noted in the description. For best results, wash shirts in-side-out in cold water and line dry. 

Our Mission

Verde Bebe is on a mission to keep climate activism hopeful for parents and kids. We are a community that is reshaping systems (hello circular economy), rescuing clothing from landfills and removing plastics (aka petrochemicals) from our kids wardrobe. Healthier kids, healthier planet!

We are transforming the secondhand market by bringing transparency, art and thoughtful messaging that ties to our book and educational collection (coming soon in 2026). Learning about consumption isn’t just for helpful for sustainably minded parents - but kids love to ask the whys and hows… and we are here for it!
